We are committed to being transparent about how we collect, use, and protect your information. This privacy policy outlines US Repair’s (hereby referred as we, us, our) practices and policies. 
Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and US Repair. You acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and that your use of the website constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
Use of the Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from using our website to engage in any unlawful conduct or to violate the rights of US Repair or any third party.
Products and Services
We offer a range of products and services, including laptops, PCs, printers, and repair and service subscription plans. All products and services are subject to availability and may be updated or discontinued at any time without notice.

Pricing and Payment

At usrepair.com, we strive to offer our customers affordable prices on the products we provide. Before finalizing your order, you will be given the chance to check the prices of the products, as well as any associated charges such as sales tax, shipping, and handling. If you notice any discrepancies in the pricing on your invoice, please inform usrepair.com immediately. We reserve the right to modify prices at our discretion.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, or other approved payment methods. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any fees or charges incurred as a result of your use of our website.

Orders and Warranty 

Once you receive the order confirmation number, you can’t cancel the order. All products and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind from US Repair, either express or implied. All the warranties are a responsibility of the product’s manufacturers, and follow their warranty structure. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on our website.

Returns Policy & Procedure
Procedure:

At usrepair.com, we require all product returns to be authorized within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. After this period, all manufacturers' warranties will apply. To initiate a return, kindly contact our Customer Service team at 1-866-242-1153. Once you have received authorization to return your product from usrepair.com, you will be issued a unique returns authorization number (RMA Number). Please note that products can only be returned within ten (10) days after issuance of the RMA Number. Only one RMA Number will be issued per product, and we will not issue any RMA Numbers more than thirty (30) days after the invoice date. It is mandatory to obtain an RMA Number before returning any products to usrepair.com.

Policy:

Defective-Upon-Arrival (DOA) Returns:

If you receive a product that is inoperable, please notify usrepair.com within 30 days from the shipment date. In such cases, we will arrange for our designated returns carrier to collect the product, and we will cover the cost of the return shipment. We will either repair or replace the inoperable product, or refund the full invoice amount, excluding the original shipping costs. If DOA returns are made after thirty (30) days from the shipment date, the products will be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty policies.

Non-Defective Returns (Unopened within 15 days):

If you are returning a product for any reason other than a defective product, you will be responsible for the return freight and any damages that may occur during transit back to usrepair.com. We recommend that you obtain insurance for the products you return to us. Non-defective returns authorized by usrepair.com are subject to a restocking fee equivalent to twenty percent (20%) of the product price, excluding taxes and shipping charges. Upon receiving the return, we will test all products and reserve the right to impose freight and restocking charges on customers who return operable products.

All Returned Products:

Please ensure that all cables, software, manuals, documentation, and packaging materials are included with the returned products. Any components installed by the customer must be removed from the product being returned, or credit for the installed product may not be issued. If you fail to include all shipped items with your return, usrepair.com reserves the right to charge you for any missing items. Please note that printers returned with installed ink or toner will not be accepted. We advise that you back up any data on hard drives or other storage products before returning them to usrepair.com. We will not be held liable for any lost data.

Unsealed software, laser printer toner, and inkjet ink cartridges may not be returned to usrepair.com.

All returned products must be in new condition, and we reserve the right to refuse returns that show excessive wear and tear. We may charge you for any costs incurred by usrepair.com in restoring returned products necessary for their resale as refurbished products.

Subscription Plan Returns Process & Policy
Process:

To cancel a subscription plan, please contact US Repair Customer Service at [insert phone number or email address] at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date. Upon cancellation, the customer will receive a prorated refund for any unused services.

Policy:

Refunds for subscription plans will be prorated based on the number of services remaining in the plan. Subscription plans cannot be cancelled or refunded after the first service date has passed.

If a customer is not satisfied with the quality of service received, they may contact US Repair Customer Service to request a refund or to reschedule a service at no additional charge. Requests for refunds or rescheduling must be made within 24 hours of the service date.

US Repair reserves the right to cancel or modify subscription plans at any time, with notice to the customer. In such cases, customers will be offered a prorated refund for any unused services.

All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used to purchase the subscription plan.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of US Repair or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our express written permission.

Links to Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites that are not under our control. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services provided by these websites and do not endorse or guarantee their accuracy, reliability, or safety.

Limitation of Liability

US Repair is not liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from your use of our website or the products and services we offer.

Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify and hold US Repair and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of our website or your violation of these Terms of Use.

Governing Law 

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Modification 

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time without notice by updating this page. Your continued use of our website after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
